Facilities were clean, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

It was fairly clean and recently refurbished place, well-appointed and well decorated rooms. Appreciated the room with comfortable beds, my bed was good!

we would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is conveniently located in the city center and has great room amenities, such as air conditioning, carpeted flooring, and free toiletries. The hotel staff are always willing to assist with anything one may need, and there are leisure garden areas and facilities to help guests relax and unwind. Additionally, there are dining and bar/lounge areas that provide a great atmosphere, and the 24-hour reception ensures guests are taken care of throughout their stay.

We had a good breakfast at this venue; Despite that, this is a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely breakfast, fairly clean hotel, marvellous location close to everything. Location next to the resteraunt, Port Hardy in the old `` Port Hardy Inn '', and the main restaurant. For shots visit Nax'id Pub, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

Air-conditioned and nicely decorated rooms with experienced staff. Nice hot and gorgeous breakfast, plenty of options available. Perfect and magnificent location in Port Hardy, just next door to the ferry at night.

The room of the hotel was updated and new-fashioned with spacious bathroom, works of art plus the best soaps. The design was lovely. The location was marvellous and perfect in a very quite area, really close to Port Hardy…by a mile.

The location was favourable, near Thunderbird Mall. We were about 5 minutes walk from the city center.

The location was excellent for me as it was adjacent to the restaurant entrance, the old "Port Hardy Inn", which is apparently now run by the local First Nations band and waterfront. Staff were very helpful and patient, rooms were fashionable and equipped with spacious bathroom and the mountain view, for example.

There was sport gym to be added.

Great value for money in a beautiful part of the world. Attentive staff and basic amenities provided. Rooms with comfortable beds and an incredible bathroom. Convenient location close to the Ocean and the ferry terminal.

No aspect that could be improved, everything was satisfactory.

No fridge, old and dated room

Our standard queen room was complete with Large flatscreen TV with cable, shower, for instance. The room was new-fashioned, the location was magnificent central. The staff was efficient and smart and check in was early.

This place offers a peaceful ambiance with friendly staff who are attentive and have a traditional approach; they serve a tasty breakfast even as early as 4:30 am, and the rooms have been recently renovated, conveniently located in the center.
